PRESENT:
Nancy Bailey, Dorothy Drobney, Paula Enderle, Shirley Ernst, and Roberta Passardi.
*Katherine Kalagher-Ryan arrived at 7:15.
ABSENT Suzanne Chapman.
Meeting called to order at 7:10 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Shirley Ernst made a motion to Approve September 2011 meeting minutes with two corrections. Dorothy Drobney seconded. All in Favor. Motion passes.

Reviewed and discussed.
OLD BUSINESS
Current status of the donation challenge was reviewed and discussed.
Wine Tasting fundraiser, that was to be held November 12th, 2011 at the Willington Fire House on Old Farms Road, has to be postponed until the Spring of 2012.
NEW BUSINESS
Shirley Ernst made a motion to allow collection boxes for “Alyssa’s Coat Closet” and “Project Holiday Stocking” to be placed inside the entranceway of the WPL. Katherine Kalagher-Ryan seconded. All in Favor. Motion passes.
